To continue on where I left last time I want to give a few updates. I am just gonna go through the days as they come.

Day 4 (Thursday)

This day went extremely well. Probably the day where I had the most energy of the entire week. I got both reading and japanese studying into this day and that felt good. Nothing special apart from that happened this day so I will cut it short.

Day 5 (Friday)

The day started really good and it felt great. I got japanese studying done before lunch. However after lunch I did not feel very well. I read some of the Limitless book but could not focus very well. I did not have a very good lunch either. Just a protein shake. Later during the day I managed to overthink a situation too much and got very stressed because of it. It is rare that I encounter certain situations so I tend to overthink it a lot. This managed to ruin the evening and I slept very poorly.

Day 6 (Saturday)

I woke up after 11 hours in bed and was more tiered than when I went to sleep the day before. I also had a headache and felt a bit ill. I decided to take it easy during the day so I did a few chores early to get it over with. I decided that I would allow myself some media just to relax so I watched some Starcraft 2 commentary videos and later listened to some music while writing a script for this website. (I am not sure if I will use it or not.) Because it was Valborg this day I went out with some friends to his house in the woods. I had a lot of headache and was very tiered but it was very fun. We talked about some stuff that made me want to write more.

Day 7 (Sunday)

This is today. I woke up very early and was a bit tiered. However the headache was gone and I felt I could be a bit productive again. Before lunch I went to the store and bought some pots and dirt in order to plant some vegetables on my balcony. I hope they will grow.

Summary

Now I am almost back to how I used to do things before this challange started. It got a bit ruined in the end but I have learned very much during this week. I can still feel that when I am not held back by anything I can still be very productive and get things done. I think the biggest change that has mattered is that I uninstalled Discord from my iPad and phone. I learned how to disconnect myself. Before writing this I wrote another article about this experience specifically. Please read it here.
